Clients are also able to make use of various alternative payment facilities, including normal bank deposits, and EasyPay, which is available in leading retail outlets nationwide.
The Group also utilises a Debtor Enquiry and Follow-up Call Centre to ensure follow up on non-payments, thereby keeping write-offs and handovers to attorneys to the minimum.
